Alvin, do you know that Mary is already in heaven, she is the Woman with 12 stars, written in Revelation 12?

Since when Mary was raised up physically to heaven like Jesus? Does Bible tell so? Please do not make such argument by telling there is no bones, no tomb. Too absurb for me. Never Bible said about Mary was taken up to heaven.

I had a dog which died and buried 8 years ago, I know the place where I buried him. Do you think if I dig it again I would see my dog's bones? Can I really say that my dog was raised up to heaven? You said, you have faith, faith need to have strong base as well. Bible and Holy Spirit are the bases for your faith. Is their arguments written in the Bible or not?

Then Roman Catholic apologetic used Scripture from Revelation 12 about The Woman and the Dragon. This is the some of the arguments they used based on Bible. Normally, they just used some quotation from saints then they canonized it as a doctrine. Another arguments that are taken from the Bible is Purgatory from 1 Corinthians 3:15 and Catholic church about Jesus' saying to Peter about Rock (Matthew 16:18). Which all of them are falsely interpreted. But for some people who are not familiar with Scripture, they will be easily deceived.

My friends, please bear with me, I will never accuse without proof or reasoning and also support from other verses. For me, Bible explains Bible. I will surely talk about Purgatory and the Rock soon.

Revelation of John 12:1-2

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars: And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.

Revelation of John 12:5

And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up to God, and to his throne.

Let me give you guidance
  1. It talk about the sign in heaven
  2. It talk about woman, which is not necessarily Mary
  3. It talk about the woman with twelve stars
  4. It talk about the woman is travailing in birth
  5. It talk about the woman brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up to God, and to his throne. --> the Son is very clear talk about Jesus
But please guess, who is this woman? What is your answer? I do believe that most of you will say that must be Mary. Am I wrong?

Please do remember, this is Book of Revelation, there are so many symbolical terms and difficult to be interpreted. But this woman couldn't be Mary. Then you said to me, 'Stupid Alvin, everybody can easily guess, this woman must be Mary, since she is the only one who gave birth to Son of God, Jesus.' Then, if you already thought like that, you will be easily deceived. Please do listen to what Jesus said in

Matthew 22:29-30

Jesus answered them, You are mistaken because you don't know the Scriptures or God's power. For in the resurrection, people neither marry nor are given in marriage but are like the angels in heaven.

In heaven, people are like the angels. Will they be male and female, man and woman? Have you ever heard about angels with sex? Male angels or female angels? If the people in heaven are like angels, the there will be no more Mary (female) since she will transform into angels, without sex. So this woman with twelve stars can't be Mary.

If this woman is not Mary, then your Roman Catholic apologetic that Mary already been in heaven based on this Revelation 12 is simply wrong. Who is this woman then?

Do you know that woman is the term God always used to describe Israel, read Ezekiel 16, or Book of Song of Songs. Then if you put twelve stars in that Israel. You will know that those twelve stars represent about twelve tribes of Israel. Kingdom of heaven is like wedding banquet where the Christ the bridegroom will marry his bride (Abraham's decendants, Jews and Gentiles, who shared as co-heirs because justification of the Blood of the Lamb).

Revelation of John 19:7

Let us rejoice, be glad, and give him glory, the marriage of the lamb has come and his bride has made herself ready.

And from that woman (Israel) come forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up to God, and to his throne (Jesus).

Is not all the prophecy well-put now? If you keep insisting that that woman is Mary. Please tell me your apoogetic. How can you explain about in heaven there all like angels. And what those twelve stars mean?

God bless you
